Hi, I’m Dawnell.

I started Good Vibes Wellness because I think we’ve forgotten how to play.

Not everyone loves a gym. Not everyone wants to walk into a studio that takes itself too seriously. But almost everyone needs the same things: to move our bodies, to be outside, to connect with other humans, to feel a little lighter than we did when we woke up.

That’s what this is.

There’s a real need in our community for connection — for fitness that feels less like a workout and more like remembering you have a body that’s good at being alive. Paddleboard yoga is where I’m starting, but Good Vibes Wellness is really about something bigger: helping adults remember how to play again, have fun, and be healthy. Often at the same time.

I want you to fall off the board and laugh about it. I want you to try something you’ve never tried. I want you to leave feeling like you spent your time on something that mattered.

The credentials matter a little.

What they really mean: I take the safety part seriously so you can take the play part seriously.

The schedule is small and friendly on purpose. Come find me on the water, in a class, or just say hi — Northern Colorado is a beautiful place to remember how to play.
